Ginger Macias is an annual member and a wholesaler extraordinaire in Southern California as well as several other states. Ginger uses a no nonsense approach to investing and teaching. She is charming in her soft spoken style, which is disarming when she is negotiating, perhaps an unspoken secret to her tremendous success.
Bio:
Scientist turns to Real Estate Investing. After spending most of her career finding cures for diseases, Ginger has found a cure for poverty: real estate investing! Since 2007 Ginger has been learning how to take advantage of the great opportunities for investors in this market. In 2008, after trial and error, she found her niche in wholesaling. Through her extensive experience, based in action, she has just created a system to streamline the whole process. Come learn from not only a teacher/scientist by trade, but from someone who is active in the trenches everyday!
Ginger is an epidemiologist (i.e., disease detective). She studied at USC and received her Masters of Public Health and Masters of Science. She immediately began her career serving the needs of the community by working at the L.A. County's Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health department. Ginger has also worked for Kaiser Permanente in Pasadena to help establish better patient treatments. She has a knack for teaching and taught microbiology at Irvine Valley College.
Ginger is a testament to us all - that no matter what your background is, you too can become free through real estate investing.
