Angel Bronsgeest is a full-time investor currently focused on buy-and-hold properties with her business partner, Investors Workshops founder, Shawn Watkins.  She specializes in controlling cash-flowing properties using creative finance techniques with the goal to use very small amounts of money.

After almost 3 years, they control 127 doors all purchased using seller-finance, subject-to, options, and/or master leasing without obtaining conventional financing. With a staff of four, they manage their own rental portfolio as well as managing properties for other investors.

Mike Cantu, 49 years old, from Upland, CA has been a full time Real Estate investor since April of 1982.  During the past 28 years Mike has bought and sold hundreds & hundreds of houses, and built lots of them too.  Mike currently runs a high volume buy-sell operation with most of the houses being wholesaled to other investors, and a few being retailed and also manages a rental house portfolio of over 40 rent houses.

Mike teaches an all day class called ‘Don’t Get Voted Off Real Estate Island’ which is all the real estate entrepreneurial stuff Mike has done for the past 28 years to generate cash and create financial freedom.

Mike also teaches an all day class on rental properties and management. Rental properties are his true passion in real estate. The rental properties have allowed Mike to live life on his terms and become financially free in an unfree world.

As a frequent speaker at Bruce Norris and Jack Miller seminars, Mike has met most of the big players in the real estate business and knows what it takes to survive in this business. Prior to real estate, from age 16 to 21 Mike was a professional skateboarder on the Peps skateboarding team.

Steve Dexter is an invited expert commentator for CNN/Money, CBS Radio, Fox TV and numerous other newspapers and media outlets.  The author of 3 books,  “Real Estate Debt Can Make You Rich”,  “Beat the Banks-Prospering in the Rising Wave of Bank Foreclosures”, and his latest, “Buy and Hold Forever- How to Build Wealth for the 21st Century”, which he co-wrote with the late Dr David Schumacher who was known as the ‘pope” of real estate investing.

He has been a distinguished speaker at the Harvard Business School, Harvard Law School, Harvard Graduate School of Design, and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business Management. He has mentored many of their students about entrepreneurship and real estate investing.

Since 1990, Steve has worked as a consultant advising people how to structure their loans and/or purchase properties. He teaches courses in investing and real estate finance at colleges across Southern California. He writes a free E-Newsletter, “Economic News You Can Use”.

Steve is an active real estate investor and owns 27 investment houses in Southern California and around the country. Steve Dexter continues to offer mentoring to hundreds of investors across the nation.

Mic Blackwell, 69 years old, from Upland, CA. bought his first investment house back in 1976 after reading the book ‘How to Wake Up the Financial Genius Inside of You’. Since then, Mic has bought many, many more houses. As a builder he has also built lots of houses.

Mic has always been a buy and keep person. He’s fixed and flipped lots of properties using the proceeds to build his keeper portfolio. For over 20 years he had  60 unit apartments and well over 50 rental houses.

These days, Mic still has his houses. The apartments were sold back in 2002 and with the proceeds 1031 exchanged into other income streams.
