***Please Note**** Our December "Members Only" meeting is on Sunday instead of our regular "Friday following our monthly meeting.
Create your Goals for 2010 with power, purpose and intention. Vision Boards are unique and compelling. If you have ever read or seen "The Secret" you know what I mean. Come on the 27th for a special event for our Annual Members only!

Role Play Your Way to Deals
For our Members Only Meeting this month we worked on role playing. What better way to practice!
Members "got out of their comfort" zone by practicing with random scenarios. Everyone had the opportunity to be the "buyer", "seller" and "observer".
Skills practiced:
-establishing rapport
-getting to the motivation
-writing offers
-getting creative!

I know most of you have either seen The Secret or at least have heard about it. Now is your chance to see it again (or for the first time) amongst a group of friends. Would it be great to hear what others think of the movie? How has it worked for you in the past and how are you going to apply it to the present and future?
And, if you haven't seen the original version with Esther Hicks, you are in for a special treat. This version is no longer available for sale and personally I like it better (they are both good though!)
So come on down, relax and enjoy. This will be a fun and casual night and we will do our best to not talk real estate (yeah right, haa haa). Even the most motivated of real estate investors need a break too!
To help facilitate our experience and how we can truly relate to the Law of Attraction, we will have special guests at hand:
Roz Esposito is a Licensed Science of Mind Practitioner and graduate of AGAPE International Spiritual Center where she studied with Rev. Dr. Michael Beckwith of "The Secret". Her journey started 25 years ago when she began working with best-selling author and self-love guru Louise Hay of "You Can Heal Your Life". Roz teaches workshops and works individually with clients teaching the principles of The Law of Attraction and the power of self-love. She is a successful singer, writer and actor and lives on the cliffs overlooking the ocean in San Pedro.
Ann Bennett is a Certified Seminar Leader and is trained by the Landmark Education Corporation both as a leader to The Introduction to The Forum and as a Master Communicator. She is the co-creator of Womanaire Extraordinaire, a 2-day women's business empowerment seminar and has a marketing and artistic background. Ann is known to those she works with as "The Creative Genius".

Just wanted to send a quick update on what we accomplished at our last Annual Members meeting on Friday, September 17th. A lot of great things were discussed and for those of you that attended, this is just a recap of what happened. For those of you who were unable to attend, this is an opportunity to catch up!
As usual, we started with our typical drum circle. It’s fun and different and a great way to get in sync with one another. If you haven’t done one yet, your Annual Member Only meeting is a great place to give it a whirl!!
Then we went around and had everyone discuss their needs and provide feedback to one another.
Some quick highlights:
-Rhett Halsey found some people interested in attending his next website workshop, “1-Day Workweek” on October 24th-25th
-Mallory Nicholson showed us her new completed program, “5 Steps to Sold”. She announced she will be lecturing for the Learning Annex. Mallory received an invitation to speak at investCLUB for Women’s general meeting in the near future!
-Eriko Todo received some real estate contracts to help her deal with her properties in Memphis, TN. Bobi emailed her a Lease contract with a separate Option to Purchase contract. She was seeking advice on how to hand a lease/purchase. She received plenty of feedback and ideas on how to market.
-Elsa Silva, Belle Berg and Sam Green were all looking to create a collaborative relationship. A connection was created that night! By Saturday morning they all looked at properties together and are looking to do their first deal.
-Christina Martel was looking for general all around support and in the meantime got some really good feedback regarding types of clientele she should be going after. She also got all the women interested in her “Women’s Prosperity Network”.
-Julie Nevins-Gabrion received some referrals for possible property managers in North Carolina. She also voiced that she was interested in properties in Garden Grove and possibly doing a partnership.
-Blanca Green launched her new service regarding loan modifications. She even offers referral fees. If you have someone who needs a loan mod, definitely send them to Blanca to help her with her business.
-Iris is looking for a team to do the next round of auctions with. This entails viewing property, pulling comps and doing the bidding process. If you are interested, stay tuned for some upcoming emails.
-Bobi is going to start a mastermind group - based on the interest of the annual members at this last meeting, she will start an "Accountability Program" for those that are willing to accept the challenge!
